Check the maintenance log for more information. For SIP integrations, this event may be caused by:

Procedure

  1. Library libspp.so not found. Contact your remote support center.
  2. An internal communication problem. Try to correct the problem by stopping and restarting messaging.
    1. Click Utilities > Stop Messaging to stop messaging.
    2. Click Utilities > Start Messaging to start messaging.
  3. If the problem persists, contact your remote support center for help.
